Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice

This notice applies to all content and materials created or owned by Ignitiony, wherever they appear. This includes our website, proposals, presentations, reports, documents, templates, emails, campaign materials, graphics and branding, whether shared publicly, provided to a client, or circulated privately.

1. Ownership

All content and materials produced by Ignitiony, including text, graphics, images, layout, design, logos, videos, documents, proposals, presentations, frameworks, and the methodologies and processes we describe, are owned by or licensed to Ignitiony. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in Australia and other countries. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Materials shared with clients and prospects

Where we provide materials to a client or prospective client, such as a proposal, presentation or report, we do so for the purpose of evaluating or receiving our services. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, those materials remain our intellectual property. They may not be copied, shared outside your organisation, repurposed, or used to brief or build a competing service, without our prior written consent. Any rights granted in a signed services agreement prevail over this notice for the materials it covers.

3. Permitted use

You may view our content, and print or download individual pages or documents, for your own internal, non commercial reference, provided you keep all copyright, trade mark and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

4. What you may not do

Unless you have our written consent, or the law allows it, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute our content or materials;

  • modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from them;

  • use them for any commercial purpose, or to provide or build a competing product or service;

  • use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission; or

  • remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.

5. Trade marks

The Ignitiony name, logo and brand are trade marks of Ignitiony. Other product and company names may be the trade marks of their respective owners, and are used for identification only. Nothing here grants any licence or right to use any trade mark without the owner's permission.

6. Third party content

Where our content includes material owned by third parties, that material remains the property of its owners and is used with permission or as allowed by law. Rights in that material are reserved to those owners.

7. Reporting infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe any of our content infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at hello@ignitiony.com with a description of the material, where it appears, and your contact details, so we can look into it.

8. Requests to use our content

If you would like to use any of our content or materials beyond what this notice permits, email hello@ignitiony.com and we will consider your request.
